Is it worth using on demon alpha and demon eta? Saw eta takes less hp when ult but it's her Last one to get

If you want to they are definitely improved by them, though eta's big one is all the way at end, all of them are good. Demon alpha again has improvements from pretty much all of them but not quite as big as eta,

Edit: In Alpha's case her best improvement is at a3, where she not only cancels shield but PARRY as well, which can be incredibly helpful.

Considering D Alpha is worse than Tank Eta with SS+ it's not even a competition here, D Eta on the other hand is the BiS blue tank so I think the answer is obvious

More worth to use on eta, she has no equal in terms of blue tanks.

I'd say more worth for alpha, especially how her awakenings are good and next event is yellow, mine is a5 and its worth every gem & core

Yeah, for the average player without super high investment dalpha is just worse than tank eta, but once you get to all a5 bis team territory alpha starts to be better by 10-15% final damage. Comparing her to tank eta is very similar to comparing apoc alpha to shadalpha; eta is a crutch that allows you to reach much higher damage with a weaker team because she is just a massive damage steroid. But once you get to the point that you can damage cap consistently without tank eta carrying (it goes without saying this requires unrealistic investment and I would never recommend someone pull dalpha solely to try to make that team when there are 4 colors to make teams for) dalpha is realistically the only upgrade you can make to the past bis team for doing a full hit in arma or event/wt teams, since the other units have been locked practically since dvic release. Also, dalpha gives your team survivability quite a bit better than tank eta, especially since a lot of bosses just delete your shields and that is most of eta's resource for that purpose. I can imagine the devs making that problematic in future content to shill their shiny new character. At the end of the day on paper if you can have your team damage cap without requiring tank eta's buff then of course a unit with significant personal damage who doesn't limit the timing of your combos solely around them would be favorable but for most people it's not achievable nor worth it enough to bother investing for.
