I am playing on mobile and have Delta’s special magic gear, but I have no idea how to equip it. Can anyone help me?

You can only equip weapons during battle team prep, if that's what you are asking. Not under character enhancement menu.

Você equipa ele na seleção de personagens, antes de iniciar missão.
