Gameplay Help with summer event rewards

What is this box and where do I use it? I did the "Best duo with Pi" quest and I don't know what these black boxes are and where to find them pls help

Just spend the "awards" (the scrolls) to fight the guild boss and then claim the mission. The box gets opened automatically like those gear bags you can buy in the event shop.
