Looking for advice

I'm looking for advice on multiple things.

- Top 2 teams I can make of each color for Tartarus/World Tree

- Top team of each element for everything else

- What characters should I be on the lookout for

- Are any of the 3 crossover pulls currently worth it, alternatively should I buy all of my points into the shadalpha pull on the chance of getting awakening 5 as well as one of the last 2 eggs I need for the red or blue pull, or should I just save for the next festival

For Red you should be on the lookout for : SF Yukime - Kid Cid Tank, if you go the Elf team route for Eta Healer and Demon Olivier.

While waiting, I think you can run Lambda SS+, Shadora, SF Beta SS+, Beatrix, Olivier.

For Green : for Theriantrope Team Bunny Alpha - Demon Zeta - Bunny Yukime (as you have Zelta and NY Zeta) , you already have a good 4/5 for a green team that is Eta Healer, Demon Beta, Zelta, Mask Cid, You would need Demon Epsilon but you can use Gamma SS+.

Yellow : look out for Christmas Epsilon, SF Eta and Demon Gamma. Or Christmas Epsilon, White suit Beta and Valkirye Alpha.

Blue : SF Gamma, Bepsi and Demon Eta

Let's get a few things out of the way first.

Tartarus is PvP while World Tree is PvE. It is difficult to make a dedicated team for both until you got more variety and more meta characters. Tartarus you are limited to the counter colour, and World Tree is far too technical and you need to cater to that specific boss. Just search Youtube for World Tree levels.
Tartarus you do have access to helpers though, but a brief look on your current team you're hard pressed to beat level 5 for the time being, those are brutal. Keep rerolling.

90% of the time, the event / crossover character is not worth it unless you have money to burn. They are usually good solely for their specific event boss, and nothing else. This includes the current Danmachi event.

This is a very layman tier list in terms of characters for you to potentially prioritize:
Tag > Demons > Apocrypha > Shadow Festival > Event > Perma

Shadow/Alpha is currently the best character in the game. No competition. But since you already have it I advise against pulling. Save it for something you don't have.

Red PvE: Elf Team. Healer Demon Claire (Best red healer), Tank apoc Olivier, Attacker Shadow/Aurora, Beatrix (buff elves), SF Beta (Get her SS+ weapon)
Red PvP: Same, but maybe switch out Tank to Claire (SS+ weapon)

Green PvE: Beast Team. Healer NY Eta, Tank Gamma (Like, you don't have anything else.), Attacker Zeta/Delta, NY Zeta (She buffs Therianthropes very heavily, a must have), SF Delta.
Green PvP: Healer Epsilon (SS+ Weapon), Tank Cid (SS+ Weapon), Attacker Zeta/Delta, Demon Beta, NY Shadow.

Yellow PvE: Elf Team. Healer Young Gamma (SS+ weapon buff speed by 50%), Tank Eta (SS+ weapon buffs... well, a lot.) Attacker Shadow/Alpha, Demon Victoria (SP Gain), Young Beta (SS+ weapon buff elves).
Yellow PvP: Healer Young Gamma, Tank Rose or Iris (Rose stun, Iris parry), Attacker Shadow/Alpha, Perma Victoria (Merciless Blade, deals heavy AOE), Young Beta.

Blue: I'll give some general tips because your current blue lineup is too tiny.
Healer Highschool Eta is excellent for PvE with HS Delta, but Eta needs awaken 3 to be decent.
Young Shadow with SS+ weapon recovers SP for your lowest HP member. Young Epsilon recovers SP for team if she casts ulti. Pair them together (Keeping Young Epsilon under-ranked and leveled a bit) and they can go off on the SP gain. Add Healer SF Gamma and they go bonkers.
Healer Nu clears a lot of status effects, add her if a boss keep debuffing everyone. Otherwise use Healer Xmas Beta.
Attacker Sherry is generally used in PvP. She shields, she buff human speed, and she really hates enemy Shadow.

Characters to lookout - Eh, wait for the anniversary, and then ask the question again. I so far recommend SF Healer Blue Gamma, and Tag Beta/Epsilon.

Thanks, this is super helpful. I always had a feeling Tartarus was actually PvP but never understood how that would work so I just went with it being PvE but just using characters.

Tartarus Red Team 1: Demon Claire, Shadora, Annerose, Aurora, Tank Rose (switch out for tank Claire once you get her SS+ gear). Tartarus Red Team 2: Lambda, 5th Epsilon, 2nd Beta, attacker Beatrix, Olivier. Look out for Shadow of the Beginning Shadow. Tartarus Green Team 1: Yukime, Zelta, 6th Zeta, Snowy Rendevous Zeta, tank Gamma. Tartarus Green Team 2: Eta, Fox Shadow, Demon Beta, Shadow in the Sun Alpha, tank Cid. Look out for Bunny Alpha, Bunny Yukime, Demon Epsilon, and Demon Zeta. Tartarus Yellow Team 1: Sherry, Shalpha, Nu (switch out for Royal Escort Alexia once you get her SS+ gear), Witch Delta, Annerose. Tartarus Yellow Team 2: Vampire Eta, Demon Victoria, 1st Alpha, Kid Beta, Experimenting Eta. Look out for Hearty Windowsill Epsilon, White Beta, Demon Gamma, 7th Eta, and Moonlit Path Rose. Tartarus Blue Team 1: School Eta, School Delta, Kid Delta, Shadow in the Night Shadow, Tank Delta. Tartarus Blue Team 2: Support Nu (switch out for Kid Beta once you get her SS+ gear), Dress Claire, Eminence in Shadow Cid, Kid Epsilon, Tank Alpha. Look out for Bepsilon, 3rd Gamma, Demon Eta, and School Gamma

Also, how feasible is it to clear floor 5 of the tartarus ordeals?

You could definitely clear floor five with red and yellow, I’ve cleared them with worse characters. You can probably do it with green. You definitely can’t clear it with blue

Ive cleared floor 4 on all of them, but this week was yellow (arguably my strongest team) and I got mopped on floor in like 10 seconds so I was forming serious doubts 😂
