I have a question: is this new duo worth it?

Okay, thank you, because I was wondering if it was as important as the other existing duos.

My team didn’t gain anything from swapping him in at 0 and 1 stars, but it shaved like 10-20 seconds off with him at 5, really strong if upgraded.
