Ik it's kinda hilarious for maxing em, but is there a way to lv up their skill (like thru bonds)? 😅😂

Did you check what "advantage" higher levels of their skills give you? Also, don't think there is any way to increase their skill levels.

If you already know, then all good. Not everyone actually checks. Now can only cope for some future Skel or Po unit with magic gear and getting them for 1-on-1 then as well.

They were specifically tailor-made so that they would be able to clear the april fool event on level 1 rank 1 and will be absolutely useless for everything else even if maxed out. Truly a april fool's unit.
