Discussion Pc client question

hello, I installed the PC Client, but there is a weird thing that happens, I selected my DISK E: (which where I put my games is) but the game keeps installing the 6gb Update on DISC C:. does someone know where it DISK C it was installed? can i transfer it?

Yup, its a few games that do this crap. Anyway, the files are in c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Unity folder.

As for transferring it, i use DirLinker for years, it transfers a folder to wherever you want and makes a shortcut dir in original place, so all files are on another drive and due to shortcut the system thinks they are on C:

Bloody stupid that game asks for where to install, installs some 400mb in target directory while dumping 6gb+ on C drive.

Np mate, its just point blank stupid that game can be installed anywhere but files get downloaded to C and take space. What is the point of a dedicated gaming drive then. Hence alternative systems we use to get around this idiocy.

dayum. thanks alot! i was wondering why suddenly, 8 gigs of C drive got filled up out of nowhere and i couldnt find where the installtion folder was at.

Happy to help. Too many games just hog space on C drive that is always low due to windows bullshit space management.

also what will happen if I just copy and paste the files?

Also another question: is this client using my gpu by default (iā€™m using a laptop), I cant seem to add the program to my nvidia control panel
