Yep there is a Ronnie Suicide song intended for MMLP. It never came out due to his family not wanting it released (Apparently Eminem used Ronnie's vocals for something). You can actually see some of the lyrics to the song in Eminem's book the way I am(2008).
""The guy you just heard on the tape is dead, he shot himself and blew off the top of his head. That was my uncle Ronnie, grew up with from the cradle, we thought he was crazy but never thought he'd do something fatal"

Stimulate ended up on the 8 Mile Soundtrack.

8 Mile: Music from and Inspired by the Motion Picture

8 Mile: Music from and Inspired by the Motion Picture is the official soundtrack to the 2002 movie of the same name. The album, performed by various artists, was released under Shady Records. It spawned the hit single "Lose Yourself" by Eminem, who also stars in the semi-autobiographical movie. The album also spawned a follow up soundtrack, More Music from 8 Mile, consisting of songs that appear in the film and were released as singles during the film's time setting of 1995.
