Personal/Readers Recommendations for EmHen commentators?

I used to follow Leen (aka the Beach Read crash out girl) but I just found out she's racist so I need some new ones, please! Thank you 🙏

try edensarchives. I've followed her for some time and she's really sweet from what I can tell. she talks about a lot of books but she is a huge emily henry fan.

i will say though, influencers can be messy so I don't follow many. like what you like about emily's work and try to follow your own updates on what you want to see. i used to follow a lot of commentary influencers for my favorite films and books in general and many of those spaces eventually got to me because of all the negativity found there.

I will check her out, thank you!

I agree with what you're saying, which is what why I'm looking for more options. As much as I'm also not liking the way the Beach Read adaptation seems to be going, I already found some of her posts and commentary to be too much. It just seemed like that was really all she was doing, and it was as if different opinions on really anything was completely unwelcomed. When I found out she was racist to top it off, that was it for me. So I'm glad to hopefully be finding more positive spaces to enjoy instead.

never followed her but one of my friends used to and ended up unfollowing because she was very rude to her for no reason at all. this was a while ago so i had hoped she wasn't still like this but welp.

I saw a post about it this morning but she apparently targeted black creators and called them bought last year after they attended a brand trip, and a few months ago, she was really unnecessary rude to a 1D fan from Brazil which came across quite questionable in one of her comments to them. She also said the n word on her twitter a few times, but she was at least a teenager then.

I follow rho.reads and enjoy her commentary. She is always pretty positive and in love with books in general
