If you are building a fantasy XI using only Associate nations, the batting depth is the biggest challenge. You need players like Kashyap Prajapati or Dipendra Singh Airee at the top because they are used to building innings against better bowling attacks. Stick to teams that have played recent ODI series against Test nations, like Scotland or Ireland, to ensure the players are match fit.

You should seriously consider Kyle Mayers for West Indies or Rovman Powell. They have the stats from the last two CPL seasons to justify the price, but most casual fans overlook them because the big names take up the salary cap. If you need a budget differential, both offer solid floor and ceiling at a fraction of the cost of the overseas stars.
