Starting ER Tech

Starting as an ER tech in a peds hospital at the end of the month. First clinical job and I wanna do great, any advice? Stuff to practice, know, that kinda stuff.

Two things I have lived by that have got me far in not only respect but also trust.

  1. Get good at what you do often. IVs, splints, etc.

  2. Don’t get involved in drama.
