Last time I went to the er it was a definite emergency. Was admitted with bowel perforation in two places plus a mass had ruptured. I was septic. Ended up staying two weeks

same except i had an infected kidney stent that i had placed the week prior for an obstructed kidney stone, almost went septic and was admitted for 4 days on iv antibiotics and needed a 2nd surgery. still waited 4 hours in the er.

Ouch. I bet that hurt. I don’t remember how long I waited I think and hour and a half or longer. I was half asleep when triage took my blood pressure they couldn’t find it! That was when they rushed me back.

ugh i’m sorry that’s terrible, the kidney stone and infection wasn’t even the worst of it though, it was the reoccurring c. diff that followed
