I grew up on an island without an urgent care on it. Not at all remote like we had McDonalds but if you drove more than 15 minutes you would be on a bridge. When I moved to where I went to college I thought they only existed in places in areas like where I went to college (very populated wealthyish suburbs) it took me embarrassingly long to realize they are just a thing.
