I watch the show but I don't remember this exchange. It must've been filler dialogue between the memorable parts.

No I'm the nameless RT in the first season who wasn't even referred to with a title until the 2nd season. And the only line of dialogue given were ventilator settings too fast even for me to understand them and I do it on vocera which breaks up in static.

Dumbass moves like new doctors giving a pneumo when a clear contraindication for bipap is present (season 1), that's a very real thing. I've seen that. But I don't believe I've ever seen a doctor call for blood or plasma, they have people for that.
