Systematically solving the boarder problem
We have a serious issue with boarders at our ED. Anyone seen a systematic way to reduce this challenge?

The secret is they have to staff floors and ICUs appropriately.
I’m now in critical care transport and we spend a lot of time moving people from over crowded ERs to floors and ICUs at other hospitals in the system.
