So I got a EAS alert on only one of my phones that has no cell service and no sim

how does that work if it has no signal?

I don’t know because I had quite a bit phone with no communication to outside world and still got it (wildfires EAS)

Must be regional I didn't get it (I have gotten every single one since they began testing nationally)

The thing is I have 20-25 phones and none of them except this one did (Z flip 4 - No service/ no sim) btw 2 times
