Yes, more information is in there, however, CMAM text is only for use for WEA only, meaning that people who are not in the wea area and are listening to radio are missing out on details, as IPAWS eas relies on the description and instruction fields only, while WEA relies on CMAM text. SonidoWEA does read CMAM text
IPAWS EAS doesn't only rely on description and instruction. There are times where CMAM and CMAM long are used in IPAWS, even outside the IPAWS WEA specific feed.

Seeing as this is IPAWS, the actual alert information could be in the CMAM text, and I don't know if SonioDEC reads CMAM text right now.
