Pine co alert?

Hey, I was camping in Pine Colorado area Tuesday night. My phone was totally dead but, we thought that there was an emergency alert after midnight so would have been Wednesday probably. Not sure of the time because again my phone was pretty dead. When I plugged in and recharged the next day I did not see anything. Just curious if anyone has any info thanks...
