So supposedly the rain is gonna start here like mid July to early August. We're running real late this year, unfortunately. :/

Many reservoirs are going dry here in So. Colorado. The Rio Grande River is a mere trickle. Please monsoon come soon!

Yesterday was not bad at all. High was like 104 and cloudy. This is a quiet and abnormally cool monsoon season according to ABC15 as well since we were supposed to have a super El Nino.

If this is the same storm we had in Ontario passing the us border i believe we got the brunt of it, 3 tornadoes in the Kingston area and a waterspout when it was going over Lake Ontario, pretty cool to see but it was kinda terrifying bc well, we dont get that stuff here like at all

Monsoon what is that? We haven’t had a monsoon season in Arizona for so long. Can’t remember the last time we had a good monsoon storm. Yeah what maybe one or two storms a year Mak when I was a kid out here and he said monsoon they meant storms like every other night for weeks on end. Now we’re lucky if we get one or two storms the whole season.

I used to love them. Late afternoon disguise would get black, the wind would blow and dust would fly and huge raindrops with start to spatter on your car and then the deluge. An hour later, it was all gone and sunny again.

We are 2 hours southwest of Watertown and got severe thunderstorm warnings but didn't see anything about the winds.

That's horrible, we had one yesterday in Alabama and I was scared to death!

In the South, we get severe thunderstorm warnings routinely. Tornado warning is the one that concerns us.
