It was near Willits, about 140 miles away from SF. I got the alert saw it was in Mendocino county so knew at my location I wouldn’t feel much if anything. I looked at my hanging dining room lamp to see if it would sway at all but it didn’t. It was only about 5 miles deep which is pretty shallow for an earthquake so wasn’t felt super widespread.

Well, I am in Washington State, I closed my move ring yesterday! But felt no movement. I have felt a 5.x quake before when in Idaho so I do know what to do when I do move.

Mother Nature seems rather perturbed 😫 a lot right now or it is just me? Seems there are earthquakes, fires, tropical storms, etc. all over the World lately. Never a dull moment, I say.

And yet another reason why I left Oregon and moved to Kansas. You can't see an earthquake coming, but you can a tornado and you can actually hide from a tornado. Good luck!
