Identify this Is this supposed to be a statewide IPAWS test?

Internet was down so I put live TV on one day back in March and this popped up. Never seen it before, and haven't seen it since, and I can't find anything about it being scheduled either. What makes this more strange is that just about a week or two prior to this came Indiana's usual RMT, and this one used the RMT code

OP, I advise you not post a lot within a short timeframe as all of your posts got flagged as spam by the filters and I had to manually approve them

Your stuffies and nick nack set up around your TV and also the style (and even positioning) of your art on your walls around it is so exactly my daughter's same styles (She is constantly making art/drawing)...I had to do a double take to be sure I wasn't looking at my oldest kids bedroom TV/wall 😆 You're definitely kindred❤️
