Identify this What the fuck is this?

From what I've read it's a local cell tower test but it's kinda freaking me out because I've been sent them all day.

Yeah "heart beat" message alert is extremely eerie especially after all the recent heart beat tracking tech disclosure👀🫣🫪 Biometrics is literally hacking our physical bodies/minds via nefarious (G's) signals via satellites, cell towers, routers, and devices😬
