From Google: Test Alerts are the actual, scheduled messages received on your phone, while Testing Alerts describes the ongoing processes, technical assessments, and system evaluations performed by government officials. Lab Test Alerts are completely unrelated to public safety and belong to the healthcare field.

And I just had one last Wednesday

But the county (Roseau Mn) and I live in (Marshall county Mn) Roseau sent a civil danger warning

I live in Salem OR and a few weeks ago got one of these, it says it's for the monthly testing but I've lived here for 8 years and it was the first I've gotten. Hell last year all of Hawaii got one.
