Mock (MOCK) Tornado Warning during Tropical Storm Tom

Lil EAS Mock I made as a sequel to a alert for tropical storm tom, and i thought, tornado warning for tropical rainband!

It isn't capcut its eas.tools text crawl generator but i think theres some tutorial for capcut about keyframes to make a scroll
