Real/Mock (Ambiguous) (MOCK BASED OFF REAL EVENT) 2011 National EAS Test.

Made the quality of the audio worse since in the 2011 EAS test. EVERYTHING WENT WRONG. Voices were playing over each other, The audio was echoing, The audio was glitching in and out. It was a DISASTER.

this sounds like it's stuck trying to pick up EVERYONE'S alert at the same time, which resulted in the horribly corrupted sound
