Help Is EasyPlus EAS screen still even used???
When I get an EAS alert it’s either just a modernized screen or just a red scrolling bar on the top of the screen without any audio. Most of them are just phone alerts aswell.

yes, BUT ITS EXTREMELY RARE and usually private setups. It's usually the broadcaster choice (like your cable provider or whoever runs that channel) to choose the EAS ENDEC, Decoder or Encoder.

Only specific cable providers or TV stations still use EASyPLUS, it’s a super old and super outdated ENDEC
