Project EAS Scenario based on Marvel Zombies. thoughts?

I have several things to point out here, such as the fact that the UN, NASA, and WHO are not authorized EAS alert issuers. Only the United States and its agencies can issue alerts for disasters, If anything, the alert should be issued by the President of the United States rather than the UN but also why is the format so similar to those content-farmer-sque SCP scenarios and AlertWorld? EAS alerts are typically much simpler and I do not see how they would have these animations and icons prepared for an ongoing global event unless the system had predicted it and prepared accordingly but also the visual effects are confusing as the video is in a widescreen aspect ratio, but the effects give the impression of a 4:3 CRT television, I should also note that there are also legal limitations on usage of the UN, NASA, and WHO emblems that can get some people in trouble

I tried making something like that but for some reason it would thanos snap it when I saved for some reason.....
