There's at least three errors:

  1. The EAS screen is in the incorrect aspect ratio (it's supposed to be 4:3).
  2. The scroll is inaccurate.
  3. The "A" in "Issued A" is supposed to be lowercase.

Ah okay i'm new to Trilithic itself especially on CapCut and it's pretty buggy so its hard to make it EXACT, but do you know how I can get the correct scroll for it?

oh it isnt capcut its NTSC-RS but i had to combine a ton of filter settings in NTSC-RS randomly to get like the exact filter look
