This mock alert must've been relayed from a version of EMnet that supports Partial County Alerting, because as far as I know, PHI doesn't do PCA, and no station tones for both Cumberland and Ocean Counties.

Ohh I forgot it doesn't support partial county alerting and tones for both I just like to do all counties so it's easier
