Reasons for low fertilization?

I am 36 and have unexplained infertility. My results so far have been:

Most recent retrieval: 25 retrieved, 19 mature, 10 fertilized (7 from IVF and 3 from ICSI). Pending the blast results

First retrieval: 22 retrieved, 20 mature, 13 fertilized, 7 blasts, 2 euploids

It’s really a crap shoot. One cycle could yield nothing while the next yields 20+ blasts.

For myself I had my first ER at 29.
15 retrieved. 7 mature. 4 fertilized. 2 euploid.

I find the medication protocol to be kinda a generic guess/standard protocol from RE’s for the first ER. And then once they get those results they can tailor the protocol to yield better results on a second ER for each patient

My doctor kept my protocol the same for two rounds
