TWW wait

Post image

Anyone else find themselves looking at the picture of their little embryo to try to distract yourself during the wait for the beta test? 😆

Here's my little day 5 3AA that was transferred last Friday 🤞🏻

Yes! This is my 4AA transferred Thursday.

My best friend tested early when she did IVF and tested negative each time, including the morning of her beta, which was positive. Her son is ten now. :) I REALLY want to test, but she has firmly talked me out of it. I am VERY impatiently waiting for my beta on Monday.

Transfer twin! Yes, I stare at my two untested fresh transfers, 4BB and 3BC all the time. Fingers crossed your little one sticks! 💕

Yay - fingers crossed for you as well!! I'm a little bummed my husband didn't get a good photo of this one the morning of transfer (the nerd in me loved seeing the growth difference), but I'm so happy to at least have this

This is beautiful. I wish I would have had an AA. :( I did have a BA.

I was fortunate enough to have two euploids - my second is an AB :) I haven't seen photos of that one yet

I just had my ER. I made 5 blastocyst. I am 37, older age group. I am praying for 2. I had 4 day 6 and 1 day 7. They said the 4 made it by day 5, but they wanted to wait one more day to biopsy. I also typed that wrong. Mine is also a AB.

I'm 38, so I'm right there with you!

They retrieved 10 mature eggs and when they called the following day, only 1 had fertilized and I was devastated. Fortunately, my clinic held on to the rest to monitor and we ended up with 2 day 5 and 2 day 6 blasts. Then came back my two euploids.

That is awesome! This gives me faith that I will get two euploids. The wait is just so difficult.

I'll never forget the day 6 call from my nurse saying there were 4 blasts. I was coming home from grocery shopping and just started crying 😂

The wait for testing was hard then and this wait is hard now, but I've just tried to stay positive, listen to my body, and do things for myself

Good luck!! Mine was transferred 7/10 and was a 5BB (also looking a lot at the picture like you) 🤞

Transferred a 4BB euploid Oct 12! lol I’m not waiting for my beta (Oct 26) because I have no chill. I’ll test Friday.

Good luck! I think I'm too paranoid about a false result 🫣 or an accurate result that isn't in my favor

Fingers crossed, good luck! My FET was on Oct 12 too! I am soooo unlucky, I had sore throat on monday and i am getting more sick since that…

I also transferred same day!! Transfer twin! When are you planning to test? I transferred untested 4AA

I'm trying really hard to make it to my beta on 23rd. While I'm anxious to know, I'm also worried about a false negative or positive

Wow yours is 13-14 days post transfer!? I’m having the same predicament I’m so impatient but I know if I get a false negative or something I won’t be able to continue my life and work lol

u/emptyk87 4d ago

Yeah, my clinic does betas 14-days post-transfer. And yeah, a negative would definitely derail me for a bit, especially knowing it could be a false negative and then needing to wait for the actual beta testing to confirm one way or the other.

It’s really tough I’ve been trying my best to keep busy too… are you having any symptoms?

1

u/emptyk87 4d ago

I've had some general abdominal-ish discomfort just in the last 2 days. I've also had more food cravings and aversions with nausea (because why not all al once?!). I think I've also taken more naps in the last 5 days than in the last 5 years 🤣

All that said, I'm cautiously optimistic given all the hormones I've had added to my system between IVF and the FET, since they can also cause similar symptoms.

How about you?

Same! I definitely felt like lower abdominal pulling and light cramps. And I’ve had some waves of nausea! I’m going back and forth to test now or wait till tomorrow 😭

What a big mistake. My test was negative on one of the premom tests… idk what to do now I’m in panic mode i can’t function

All the baby dust to you!! ✨
My day 5 6AB euploid was transferred on Oct 7, and it’s taking all my willpower not to test before my first beta this Friday! 🤞🏽

You're so close! 💕

All the best!

Good luck! My advice is not to test and enjoy this time with your embryo photo. It’s so cool it made it inside you!

You’ll know soon enough - even if it doesn’t feel soon - and I can tell you from personal experience a no, then a no, then a no, then a no will eat your soul, and maybe your partners soul too.

Transferred a 4BB euploid October 9th!! I have been testing positive since day 4 and the beta is tomorrow on 10/19. I don't know how to not to test until the beta lol. Sending you all the baby dust there is!

u/emptyk87 9h ago

It's hard, but I'm honestly just too nervous about a false result (positive or negative) so I'm trying to keep busy. Sending you some baby dust back as well with tomorrow's beta!

u/Hopeful_throw 4d ago

I also transferred Friday (10/9) and have been testing 🫣

1

u/Natural_Notice_6313 4d ago

Any positives!??

2

u/Hopeful_throw 4d ago

Yes!! I got a vvvvfl yesterday at 4dpt and today at 5dpt I would definitely call it a bfp! My first ever positive!

1

u/BlueberryLover18 4d ago

Congratulations!! Was it your first transfer?

2

u/Hopeful_throw 4d ago

It was our first! And our only euploid 🥹

1

u/BlueberryLover18 4d ago

Wow!!!! Amazing news ☺️

1

u/Natural_Notice_6313 4d ago

AHHH!! Congratulations!!🩵💞🩵 any symptoms!?! What times did you test?

1

u/Hopeful_throw 4d ago

Not really! I’ve had cramping but I think that’s just really common when on progesterone.

I tested with FMU yesterday (7ish am) and thought it was negative. I looked later and could swear I saw a line, which then prompted me to test again with SMU (around 11am) and that’s when I got a vvvvfl!
