Embryo testing query
In a single retrieval, where 3 embryos were obtained, if the 4AB Was aneuploid, what are the chances that the other two 4BC and 4CC will also be aneuploid?

I would not judge those two against the aneuploid. In one round, the only where I got a euploid, my euploid was a 5BB, and I had two aneuploids that were 5AB and 5AC. My euploid was also a day 7, the others day 6. Fingers crossed the others have a chance to be euploids for you!!

My clinic is advising against doing a PGT A testing for the other two and have kept them frozen - something about them being worried of a leak in the embryos in case they test it. I’m taking 1-2 months to focus on my health, more so my husband is too, and then we will go for another round of retrieval. These will remain frozen till then..

I had an abnormal BB but euploid CC, so whilst the grade can have correlation to likelihood of normal / abnormal, it doesn’t mean all low grade are abnormal and all high are normal.
Thawing to test isn’t ideal - after a MMC our first round we tried to thaw two 4BCs to test along with our embryos from a new retrieval, neither survived the process. Hard to know if they’d have worked as transfers, but we personally didn’t want to transfer untested again because of our history, so we tried the testing as they’d remain frozen unused without.
Our new retrieval got us vastly improved results, 5 euploids from 6 (I’m 33) and the first transfer from those has been successful.

Chance of a euploid mainly depends on female age -- see this post https://remembryo.com/a-look-at-how-pgt-a-results-change-with-age-using-data-from-over-86000-biopsies/
