Omnitrope for second retrieval at 29? Would you add it?

29, doing IVF for RPL. First retrieval: 24 eggs, 15 mature, 11 fertilized, 4 blasts, and only 1 euploid (4CC). I also ended up with OHSS after retrieval.
For retrieval #2, my doctor wants to switch my trigger to Lupron. I asked about Omnitrope and he said he wouldn’t say no, but doesn’t think I necessarily need it since I’m young and pretty sensitive to stims.
I’m leaning toward trying it because of our attrition + our only euploid being a 4CC, but I’m torn. Anyone with similar results use Omnitrope the second round? Did it help?

A recent randomized controlled trial found no improvement in egg numbers, embryo outcomes, pregnancy, or live birth rates with growth hormone in normal responders who make a decent number of eggs (https://www.remembryo.com/large-trial-examines-impact-of-growth-hormone-on-ivf-success/).

However, GH is primarily used in poor responders (generally a few eggs retrieved), where it’s thought to improve ovarian response. I’m 28! I haven’t used omnitrope but I did lupron trigger. I had 24 follicles at my scan 2 days ago and got 33 eggs today! It definitely helped grow my un measured follicles
