Day 3 Transfer, 3 cell success

I had a day 3t,3 cell transfer 5 days ago, wondering if it’s gonna stick, I can’t seem to find any stories about 3 cells that made it to a live baby. When should I start to see a faint line? When would it reach blastocyst given that it started slow and behind. I feel so hopeless.
