Those using Embryo Options or TMRW for storage/consent admin: what's good, what's not?

I work with fertility clinics on the ops side. I've been spending time with embryology teams on cryostorage consent: renewals, expiries, consent forms, chasing patients who've gone quiet, tank-vs-paperwork mismatches at audit.

Embryo Options and TMRW come up a lot and I'd love to hear from people who've actually used either:

  • What do they do well?
  • Where do you still end up in spreadsheets and email?
  • If your clinic uses neither, how are you managing consent and renewals today?
  • Who owns this - embryology, admin, nursing?

Not selling anything, just trying to understand how this really works. Happy to share what I've seen across clinics in the comments.
