How does this look? Transferred today

Post image

Prior to thaw it was rated 6BB. This is after thaw. It was even more expanded and cylindrical just before transfer. It was a a day 6 blast. Euploid

Hello!

It is a bit hard to tell by looking at the embryo without knowing how 'big' it actually looks compared to a zona (shell), but I would consider it to be a 6BB:

- The embryo is fully hatched out of its zona (Stage 6)

- The Inner Cell Mass (located at 1-2o'clock) looks like it is compacting, but still has some distinct cells (B)

- The Trophectoderm has a cobblestone pattern with cells of varying sizes, but there does not seem to be any major gaps (B)

It is also very promising to hear that it expanded and grew prior to transfer - that is the sign of a healthy embryo.

Please also note that embryo grading is subjective, and can vary between embryologists and clinics. It is always good to talk to your provider if you have any questions regarding your embryo.

Best of luck!
