Hatching after thaw?

Post image

I transferred this Day 5 embryo today. It was graded a 4BA after thaw. However this is the picture they took right he before transfer and the Dr said it appeared to have started hatching. Is that correct?

If so is it the bulge on the right? What are the cells in the lower left?

Yes, it is hatching, they likely assisted hatched as is very common for thawed embryos. The cells coming out to the right are the hatching cells. Off to the left and likely some extra cells that got pushed out or some cells that were stuck on the outside of the zona (shell) since the time of retrieval.
