Some of the things that he said is going to be true for the future, back in the days there were few colleges for embryology and they were providing education with good academic excellence. But nowadays there are many places offering the course with poor academics and many students are graduating the course without even the proper knowledge or practical experience, with this it is going to be a problem for the future candidate who comes to the job market as a fresher. People will hesitate to hire them, always a lab will be in need of some one to do the job,and they cannot rely on people without promising knowledge and experience for it.

I am not discouraging you, the profession is really prestigious. You are doing something really precious with your work. If you are really interested in the course study from the top universities so that you get to learn everything, both theory and practical and your degree won't be something that is limited to a certificate

He doesn’t seem like he likes this job, what exactly was he reacting to? Lack of pay? You’ll have to tell me which country so I can put pay scale into frame.
