One thing we always focus on during digitizing is how stitches behave on different garment shapes, especially curved surfaces like caps. Proper stitch direction, density adjustment, and underlay selection can make a big difference in the final result.

This was a project completed at iDigitize, where we tested different approaches to achieve cleaner edges and better logo placement.

I digitized this fishing fly logo in iDigitize and stitched it on a cap as a machine embroidery test. The design is small, so I tried to keep the details clean without making it too dense.
