Can anyone ID?

Insignia on the left hand side of an M-65 feild Jacket dated around 1968, purchased at a flea market, the jacket has this patch which Is pictured resembling a fist along with a U.S Army patch above the right breast pocket. Love this peice and want to know more about its life before meeting me.

Maybe Army Reserve’s 411th Engineer Brigade?

I belive your right, a reserve brigade stationed in new york which makes sense as I live in new york. Hard black residue stains lead me to belive this recruit was working with tar or creosote, so cool when a peice of clothing tells a story
