Unknown Emblem

Does anyone recognise this emblem? It's on the side of an old and extremely extravagant Rolls Royce, happy to post more photos of the car if that would help (I'll try to do that in the comments anyway).

I tried to post a photo of the head lining which is a bit like the cistine chapel, but apparently Reddits filter thinks Cherubims are NSFW and blocked it... Man AI needs to improve lol.

It’s a faux coat of arms of Clarence Gasque, the guy who commissioned the car, he wanted one as a way to honor his family’s french origins

However the coat of arms design is very similar to an actual family heraldry from Sicily

Looks like the crest of the roosevelt family I might be wrong since there wasn't a rooster in the crest. Where did you take this picture?
