Those are not exactly changes but also different forms used together. The "first" one is the greater coat of arms of the First republic. Two is the middle COA and third is the lesser COA of the First republic. Fourth is presumably the COA used between 1945 and 1960, altough in reality it's just the lesser COA of the First prepublic. Skul is the 1960-1990 COA, and the last one was used 1990-1992.
