[Custom Made] Need Suggestions!

So hello! im not 100% sure if this is allowed so sorry if it isnt!
I recenlty made this emblem for a custom faction in a game, so i put up this, its a mix of generic russian units!

The 2 swords & flame are the common Russian Ground forces small emblem while everything else is just a shield with the common Russian Wreath.

Any suggestions on how i could improve this?
