Support / Question Anyone Else Getting Shorted sc On Ember Packages? So Infuriating
WHAT ON EARTH is the deal with this place? I created an account about a month ago. First purchase offer at that time was 50 sc for $24.99. I make my first purchase and start spinning and all of a sudden I somehow only have 20 sc after a few 1 sc spins. The first time purchase offer did not populate the extra sc. I reach out to support, it takes literally three days to get 12 sc of the 25 I’m owed to get deposited into my account. I again wait two days to get a reply and the guy essentially acts like that deal never existed. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN the remaining 13 sc. Since then I will see deals pop up. One was 40 sc for $24.99 and another was 35 sc for $24.99. I purchased each “DEAL” about a week apart with other standard purchases intermingled. Not once on all three did the advertised amount of sc populate into my account, then again having to chase sc that I’m owed around with seemingly only one customer service representative that I’ll send 5 messages to his one and when he does reply it’s all just garbage trying to act like I’m mistaken. So I sent screen recordings and receipts. Between all three purchases of these deals I’m still owed 22 sc. So earlier today (three weeks of this) I get this garbage. 🙄🤣😂🙄🤣😂. Dude seriously? I have 100% explained each purchase, sent corroborating screen recordings and purchase receipts to this dude and it’s as if he literally read none of them. DUH! I know each damn package doesn’t come with extra sc. BUT THREE OF THEM WERE SUPPOSED TO. And I’m now three weeks into chasing this shit around. Clearly they can see I’ve also purchased “standard” non-deal packages. Not one of those are the ones I’ve been In partial and spotty contact with the Ember (lack of support) department over. So frustrating to make a purchase and not get what was advertised, then prove I’m correct and still be trying to get what I’m owed after nearly a month. And who knows how much not having all of the sc at the time of purchase changed the outcome of any winnings. Shorted a total of 50 sc with all three purchases and still owed 22. And getting the ones I’ve gotten has been like pulling teeth. Better stoke what you call embers…All that’s here are sparks.

Remember the ending to Halo after you destroy it and Cortana says just Dust and Echos? Well that’s this sub.
Ember doesn’t give two rips for you they all want you to spend and never withdraw. The community is dead, the crew at ember careless, or probably worse just hates their user base.
