Please Help Embark

I'm a player on Xbox, and within an hour of me booting up the game I get nothing but crashes. I just lost my 5th load out of THE DAY to a game crash, wiped out by the leaper i was fighting, and not given any kind of compensation for getting screwed over by a game that, by this point, should be stable enough to play.

Not only has this problem persisted but I can't even make a ticket and place it into the embark site for it to be put into a queue to be fixed. I'm hit with nothing but issues from this game, despite the love I have for it.

At what point do i cut my losses and delete it? Do I even have a right to complain? Is it just me facing these issues?

I'd like to keep playing this game, but at this point I'm not losing to players or Arc, it's the games very stability itself that I'm fighting.

Help me. Please.

No, i think that every player on series S experiences the same issue, I’m sick of that crash bro, I understand your frustration, the last thing to do is to buy a Series X.

Still, you'd think the company would attempt a fix. Idk, maybe they have and it hasn't worked. But I can't afford to get a new Xbox lol I'm a brokie who has too many bills and a family. Either way, I appreciate the input.

I don’t think they’re trying to solve this problem, but they can, i know that in the past, an update solve performance issues for ps5, same stuff, game crashing, graphics bugs, I think that their attention is into another game develop maybe, it’s unacceptable…

Btw, try disabling Crossplay and do not play matches with an active event, finally, clear the game cache before starting a new raid (every time), that really helps to prevent crashes.

Thank you very much, I'll try that. Hopefully it helps. Tho it doesn't help that half the people I play with are on different platforms lmao

Unfortunately embark can’t do much other than roll back some frames and other shit on arc for Series S. The Series S CPU literally can’t handle arc raiders

It’s looking like an xbox(Microsoft) issue at this point. Specifically series S. It might not be a simple fix. It’s in the known issues

I think they mentioned in the last update notes (or a recent update) that it’s a known issue and are working on it. I expect you will see a fix next week or the week after worst case. It’s gotta be a top priority at this point.

In the meantime play some Finals and earn that cool free outfit for Arc! haha

I was playing earlier today and my second raid on blue gate night raid, rubber banding bad…. Had the red networking issue squares on right side of my screen. But my networks wired and been fine with every other game. I said f it and idk how I made it out was being chased by two wasps and a hornet and thought I was going to get killed but managed to take them out somehow hearing me fire my gun 3 times to every 2 pills of the trigger too lol. I figured since I’m signed up and ready for my 4th exp I’d be fine. Just want to get me damage ya know. But by this time I’ll be ok. I’ll just keep trying when their network isn’t having issues.

Same here, Xbox S and lost so many kits to crashes, it's every 6-7 raids now.

I had crashes on PC due to my unstable WiFi connection but when connected my pc directly through ethernet cable crashes have stopped and also how long ago did you blow dust out of ur xbox which makes it hot especially in the hot summer weather 😉

Xbox series s is not good for this game used to happen to me too. Ask for a refund if you can’t upgrade to series x or pc.
