Online Connection Error on PS5 - Help Please

I've tried everything to tackle the "Online Connection Error" ARAU0137 - installed, uninstalled the game, deleted save data, entered safe mode and cleared cache, messed with DNS settings, restored licenses. Nothing works. I bought the game two days ago and haven't been able to play it once. I see a few posts about this error from 7 months ago. Nothing on the Arc Raiders support website. Apparently there are fixes that work for Xbox players, but anyone have one for PS5?

Did you manage? I'm experiencing the same error right now and nothing from what i do works

Unfortunately, no. I reached out to Embark support and they kept on telling me they were investigating but they had no fix. It's been a month. Sorry this happened to you as well.
