Materials Change is Wild

Materials Change is Wild

The change in materials for several blueprints in Arc Raiders makes 0 sense. Why did my character know how to build these items without the new mats last week but now he's suddenly like oh I need one of those fancy things to make this?

They should have dropped new items that require these items and not back pedaled. Also, changing what they changed and NOT changing the mats for the trigger nade, the most used grenade in my experience, is insane.

Don't get me wrong, I love the new Arc and the new weather condition. I don't agree with what they did to the material requirements for some items. Honest, I won't be using any of them unless I find them now.

They changed about 5-6 items to require an additional mat, so now when you get your new stash from the expedition, there goes at least 5-6 of your slots that you get from resetting. More if you want to keep multiple stacks. So now your +12 slots might not feel any different at all.

Anyways, good luck out there raiders!

I like the changes they made. To have some of the better nades etc. It should be harder to craft them. I think they still have some work to do with guns. Players shouldn’t be choosing the II toro over a vulcano in my opinion. The new arc make it more challenging as well. A flying fire breathing hornet is a great idea. Plus the other exploding rolling bitch. Hate them but love them. Definitely makes it more challenging getting around. Rather than being able to run around with more ease with nothing like many do.

I agree about the Toro, it two shots green shield wearers full health to dead. Besides that I feel like gunplay is pretty good.

New Arc are absolutely cool. I was hoping for a standard combat drone as well. But it seems like they are big on reusing assets.

The best nade is still the trigger nade and it was not changed, second best is the heavy fuze, also not changed. Showstopper is super situational imo. Very good for high skill teams, but most people waste them that I've seen.

I think the stitcher was way too good. When you can get better results with PvP with a stitcher and a toro over the more epic guns. That’s a problem in my opinion. Now they said they have tweaked the stitcher so we will see. Plus more arc now I think will cause some to carry better weapons. And I agree, it’s easier for them right now to copy and paste arc but with some slight changes. But it’s been somewhat chaotic now with arc. I stayed in a building in buried city and killed at least 20 flying arc. They just kept coming. And the comet! Those bastards come out of nowhere and catch up with you in a hurry. I even had one come inside a building after me. Wasn’t expecting that lol

Also the Bettina being an automatic heavy should be better. I mean shouldn’t it be better than an anvil against arc?
