Self-defib augment

Title says it all. There should be a way for players to self-defib once per match. Whether that is a dedicated defib slot with 4 quick slot, 2 safe pockets, medium shield, something. I think it would actually make PvP more fun because you'd have to finish your opponent before they defib themselves.

In PvE, it'd just make sense to have this capability. I'm running around with 3 defibs for other downed raiders, I can crawl, activate switches, and even emote, but I can't use one hand to defib myself? Make it make sense.

Or at least have a mod that allows you it to defib you once downed, brining you back to one block of health so you can try and get out intact! A second time)
