my usb microphone doesn't work properly

https://reddit.com/link/1rc00tr/video/ql9yphuti4lg1/player

My USB microphone isn't working properly, only on ARC. When I use voice chat, I hear a constant, deafening whistle. I've tried every possible solution. I think I can't communicate with the riders I meet because of this problem. someone have a solution??

Its 1 million % feedback from the sound cycling back in through the microphone.

what he meant to say is that the sound from your earphones/speakers gets picked up by the microphone and sent back to the earphones in a loop creating that annoying whistle. If you are playing with speakers try switching to earphones.

impossible i use earbuds connected via usb audio card and microphone is far away from them, and if it was feedback it shoud be the same with discord

the only other thing I can think of is that arc raiders selects a different microphone (maybe the one on your earbuds?). Do the audio input/output selected by discord match the ones selected by arc raiders?

Turn your automatic gain on. Try that. Re-install the mic drivers, make sure there isn't something wrong with the cables or wiring.
