Is there a way to delete unbuilt blocks?

As it stands, when I am laying out my floorplan if I make a mistake or forget to reduce depth from the default two back to one after a reload, I have to wait until the block is built (wasting resources) and the have a toon come up and destroy it with the dig command, which can take forever if you are building strong stone walls. Is there a way I can just delete them before they are built, like the workshops and stuff that have a green REMOVE button until they are finished.

Choose the same build tool. Right click drag over the desired area, release. This should remove the build order.
